The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were helpful. The room with king bed. The location was beautiful, for example, Mcdonald's was within easy walking distance of the hotel. This venue was in a nice enough area.

The room seemed too expensive.

Charming property, beautifully kept. Exceptional staff. Reasonably large and perfect room. Extremely comfy bed. Good services. Good setting, very close to outstanding beaches. The hotel of choice in Mayaguez.

Waitresses at the casino don't come around to offer anything to drink.I guest im used to the American way were you get ask or you can order from the slot machines

I liked the room very much, hotel was also in a place where everything is close. atmosphere in the casino with live music was excellent and fat Thursday was excellent although the picadera took almost 35 minutes and there were only 7 wings.

I didn't like the pool very much, a deafening environment, the music is not heard.. There was no jacuzzi, the water was very cold all the time, no activities to encourage the public in the pool. There is a basketball basket but I think you have to bring the ball to play pq I never saw one. I would put two tubes and a net in the pool to play volleyball in the pool and from 2 to 4 in the afternoon to do volleyball competition in the pool among the guests to encourage the young people and other people. In the morning perhaps an aerobics instructor will put people in the pool to wiggle. And every now and then a nice buffet of hamburger and hot dog that you can see and skewers. And the other one or two pool tables at the fat Thursday for those of us who don't dance and just enjoy listening to music. Or that would be good for you pq can put the pool table and there is an extra income. That's it. And I'll be back next time pq the hotel itself is beautiful

Stayed in a comfortable room with a lovely view, a sofa bed, and a king bed, plus the staff were friendly and the location was convenient for exploring.

The beds were semi-comfortable and the parking was really free and security kept guard most of the night. One of the cleaning ladies was really nice. Also, the restaurant was overpriced but the food tasted great.

Pictures do lie!! :( they must have used a wide-angle lens because that pool is a kiddie pool. My View was of construction and a parking lot and beautiful trees beyond the construction. If you want to relax or get a good Puerto Rican experience I would try downtown Mayaguez. It's more convenient. This was in the middle of nowhere. Technically, it's not quite in Mayaguez. Also the casino is tiny and the fat daddy's or whatever the commercial restaurant was called is terrible!!! (Not the Holi Cafe that was great) the other one was the most pathetic restaurant bar I have visited

Great service, room and buffet breakfast.

We had a really nice and spacious room, with super comfy beds and even a sofa bed. 🛋️ Plus, there were plenty of facilities on site, including a restaurant where we could grab a bite to eat.

Good location, near everithing. The parking is big. The price for the luch buffet its economic.

The remodeling is nice.

On thursday night there was a strong chemical smell in the hallway. The air condition is still noisy & pillows are not adequate.
